Distilled by a 3rd generation rum distiller and co-founded by the team behind mezcal Vago, Paranubes is a young project joining the growing movement of Mexican sugarcane distillates. Cane production takes place in Oaxaca, north near the Pueblo border, in the Sierra de Mazatec. Jose Luis Carrera grows 4 different cane varietals & only uses pressed juice.
This experimental series anejo is aged for a over a year in new American oak barrels. Think somewhere in between rhum agricole & high ester jamaican rum: Sweet spice supporting tropical fruit, herbs and some slight dunder notes.
We ship wine to most states with a $100 minimum order for shipping. We don't ship spirits nor beer.
